Позитивний момент:
"Good location, walking distance from most interesting things. Friendly staff. They didn't really speak English, but we managed to understand each other most of the time. With a bit more attention to details, this could be a much better place though."
Негативний момент:
"We had a leaking toilet, which they tried to fix, but somehow didn't manage to do. We had to shut off the water all the time. The breakfast was okay, but not much variety."

Позитивний момент:
"This is my second time here. First time was good. This time was less good. The room is nice. Pool is nice. Breakfast nice and strong wifi. Friendly staff but not a 5 star type."
Негативний момент:
"The staff forgot to give me a towel card. They also did not offer me (woman ) to move my 2 heavy luggages. I am traveling alone. I also tried to call the front desk from my room phone BUT it did not work. The stuff arr alright. The place just feels like a 3-4 star hotel. This place was more xpensive than Hilton in Santiago. And hilton was a better choice witg better service. Never have i been at a 5 star place with such a poor service."
