"Гарне помешкання, невеликі чисті і теплі кімнати, опалення можна регулювати - це дуже зручно. До визначних памʼяток ходили пішки, зовсім поруч гарний парк. Власники приємні і доброзичливі, ми приїхали о першій ночі- нас чекали і швидко заселили. Сніданки смачні і різноманітні. Кінцева шатла flybus знаходиться в 1,1км від помешкання- зручно і приїжджати і відʼїжджати в аеропорт"

Душова кабіна могла би бути новішою, алп це зовсім не критично

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

"We enjoyed staying at this quirky guest house. We were warmly met by the friendly owner and had plenty of space to hang out for the day we were there, waiting to catch a shuttle to Belize City. I say quirky because in our mini apartment, there was a bed in the kitchen ( as well as our bed in the bedroom), and there is an old US school bus in the garden. But it felt quirky rather than derelict. It's a 5min taxi ride to the bus terminal in town or a 20-minute walk. We chose the Taxi option. It's also close to a good bakery, and you can see the supermarket from the hammocks in the garden. There is a fabulous restaurant called Hambre which is a 20 min walk."

There was nothing we didn't like, but this place will not appeal to everyone. It feels local, and maybe a little dated, but it was spacious, safe, and clean, and everything we needed.

It's not a complaint as it didn't cause a problem, but the only thing to mention was that the reception wasn't open before 10am, so we had to let the cleaning staff know we were checking out and give our keys to them as the reception was closed.

"The host was excellent friendly and communicative. The accommodation was well laid out and easily accessible. Breakfast was good and on time!"

Access was an initial challenge as this was not automated so you cannot let yourself in and had to wait until someone respond to the telephone! A ringing doorbell at the gate or at the front door would be helpful!

Єдине зауваження, у інструкції яку видає термінал паспорт проводиться з правого боку вліво. Але в такому випадку він не спрацює. Якщо проводити зліва направо все гаразд. Господар надав дуже чіткі інструкції наперед."

У нашому номері не повністю закривався душ, але нічого критичного.

"Інтерʼєр номера під старину, кінець 19 століття. Хороша раковина для вмивання і є місце для розміщення власної косметики. Ліжко з матрацом зручне, ставлю високу оцінку. Холодильник був при нагоді."

Це не стосується номера напряму: просто з відкритим вікном якщо будете спати, то поруч є казино (гральні автомати) і там всю ніч на вулиці голосно спілкуються напівтверезі гравці. Дуже сильно чутно

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. Location is bit far away from the city if you have a car then no problem , there is free parking and the great thing is you would have lovely city view. Rooms are comfortable , big and clean Rooms heating is good"

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

"This is a family recreational resort with some dorms. Mine was inside the main building near the inside pool and table tennis area. The showers and two toilets are those used by the pool guests. I was fortunate to have only one female dorm mate. There are lockers outside in the hallway and you are given a room key. The manager kindly lent me sheets. I liked the location in the woods not far from the pedestrian street."

The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no cups or glasses, just some plastic cups.

"Lovely jamaican couple running a little Guest House just 5 min away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the served food for dinner. I highly recommend eating at the Guest House! The rooms were spacious and nicely temperature thanks to the well working AC. If you looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay close to kokrobite, don't miss out on that one!"
