Salas de estar amobladas con asientos en diversos lugares para descansar. Escaleras con cintas antideslizantes y acceso para persona en situación de discapacidd física. "El barrio es muy bullicioso y en las habitaciones se escucha un poco los ruidos de otras habitaciones, pero no afecta la estadía general. Los ruidos del exterior no dependen del Hotel, es más bien característica del barrio. Igualmente sí volvería al Hotel Concorde, es un lugar en el que se destaca la limpieza, comodidad y buen trato del presonal."
