"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

"Господар Кевін зустрів нас на парковці та провів до вілли, незважаючи на те, що приїхали ми пізніше, ніж було заплановано. Також нам довелося звертатись до Кевіна з особистими питаннями, не пов'язаними з житлом, і він завжди нам радо допомагав. Від парковки, що під охороною, до вілли 5 хвилин. Так, з першого разу спуск до вілли здається зовсім незручним. А потім звикаєш і дорога вже не здається важкою. Звичайно, краще мати рюкзаки, ніж валізи на колесах. Вілла шикарна - свіжий ремонт, оновлені меблі, просторі кімнати та тераси. На кухні все необхідне, пральна машина. Чисто. Дуже красивий вид на море. До моря треба спуститись сходинками прямо з нижньої тераси, і вони найзручніші, ніж на сусідніх віллах! Море - казка! Рядом невеликий магазин в якому, фактично, є все! Привітний власник магазину, доречі, пригостив нас оливковою олією власного виробництва)). І гоосподар, і вілла, і люди, і країна загалом нам дуже сподобались! Фантастичний досвід життя в маленькому раю."

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The room was large and spacious. Very comfortable beds and a well appointed bathroom. A seating area was a welcome extra. Breakfast was excellent -with a glass of Istenic sparkling! The garden attached to the winery is a really peaceful setting for a morning’s (or more) relaxation over coffee and more sparkling wine. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them."

Only downside is the location that means restaurants are a short drive away - even the closest (about 1km) is a drive because of the fast narrow road without pavement. The main town of Brezice is worth visiting though for its restaurants, cafes, castle and water tower.

"Căn hộ rất rộng, khu sinh hoạt chung rất phù hợp để tụ tập tự nấu ăn, ăn uống với nhau. Cảnh quan xung quanh rất đẹp, có xe chở đi, và được sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ khác trong khu. Có vài trang thiết bị hơi cũ, đã xuống cấp nhưng cũng đã được xử lý và vệ sinh tốt."

Không hỗ trợ đặt giường phụ (có nhưng tính phí), cảm thấy không hợp lý lắm vì không gian chung rất rộng mà kh thể ở thêm người.

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"В номерах все зроблено з душею. Все дуже чисте, якісне і охайне. Все необхідне як для короткочасного, так і для довготривалого перебування. Зручне широке ліжко. Наявна кухонна зона з усім необхідним. Багато рушників. Все білосніжне. Багато розеток. Якісний швидкий Wi-Fi. Дуже привітні хазяї. З радістю допомогли з вирішенням питань, що виникали. Суперова локація. Поряд вся необхідна інфраструктура, центр міста, місця для відпочинку. Однозначно рекомендую."

"Getting to the island was a mission, the ferries go when the ferries go! Nice welcome on arrival and excellent diving. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely to be away from the internet."

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."

The beds can be more comfortable, but they were ok for 1 night. There are no ACs in the rooms, but the weather in that area is already chilled, and they provided 4 different electric fans for all the rooms.

"Надзвичайно гарно. Чисто. Є кухня з посудом і технікою. Є місце щоб розпалити вогнище. Багато розеток. Тепло в спальних кімнатах. Коли ми повернулися ввечері, то помітили що в будинку пропилососили і винесли сміття (принесли ще паперу😆). Сніданок смачний і різноманітний. Все було казково."

В будинку інтернету майже не було. І навіть мобільний ледве працював. (Тільки на останній ранок телефон зловив роутери з інших сусідніх будинків, і я подумала що може тільки з роутером в нашому номері щось не так).

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Very spacious and comfortable place with kitchen, washing machine and everything. Quick communication with the owner"

Just like everywhere in Faroese Islands its a bit pricy, but still reasonable compared to other options.

"Perfect villa in the perfect location. Villa had everything we needed. Amazing location to stay in and relax or explore, close to great sights. Excellent communication before our stay, including useful tips. On-site assistance just wonderful. Extremely happy customers!!!!"

"Good location close to the beach. Easy walk to the harbour area and restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well equipped although could do with some updating. Bedrooms and living area spacious, less so the bathroom - see below."

The bathroom and particularly the shower was small and very basic. The floor in the shower sloped and was a potential hazard; care needed not to lose your balance. Jolly Beach is a beautiful long beach, but when we were there construction work was taking place along side the beach which was noisy and distracting.

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Staff very nice and accommodating Public free laundry Excellent value rooms for antigua. Rooms were big with decent kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again."

Only downside is 2km distance into town. 30 min walk or uber for 30Q
