"Very helpfull and friendly staff. The appartment is simple, but had all we needed."

The tap at the kitchen is likking while open. Somw floor tales must be fixed. One of the light bulbs needs replacement.

Locating the Da Terra at night is not straightforward. It is surrounded by several houses and some distance off the road.

"It was in a great location with a spectacular view of the city at night. Other guests were very welcoming, great place to make friends as a solo traveler. Very cute common space and clean bedding."

"Привітний персонал. Гарне розташування. Чисто. Хороші умови як для гуртожитку🥰. У номері є всі меблі, що треба як для короткого перебування, так і для винаймання номеру як житла."

Скрізь чисто, гарно, але з двох постелей одна — склалося таке враження, що білизну не замінили на чисту або ж там вже хтось лежав😢. У номері немає дзеркала😊. З обіцяного прибирання у номері кожного дня за чотири доби ніхто не зайшов навіть до сміттєвого кошика глянути, тому кошик виносили самі до великого коша на кухні. Плюс в тому, що все ж нас ніхто не турбував, навіть прибиранням😁. На кухні не прибирається зовсім, свідомі гості прибирають за собою та за "несвідомими гостями" 🙄. Взагалі рекомендую цей готель, бо все ж ціна нижча, ніж взагалі у містечку. P.s. Немає фена🫠

If you are planning to go to the seven lakes it’s very likely you’ll find other people so you can share a car to the lakes, stay overnight at the guesthouse. The hostel also lets you leave your things if you’re leaving and then come back."

"The views from the house is amazing! The beaches nearby are empty and beautiful, and you got a bit of a local vibe. Food was really good and in general good value for money. Would highly recommend. If you come to surf be aware that there is no good places to rent proper surfboards nearby🏄‍♀️"

I went in a little sceptical, but a close friend strongly recommended this place—and it completely lived up to (and surpassed) my expectations. The property itself is stunning, perfectly located (a walkable radius from most important landmarks), with a rooftop view that’s hard to beat. But what really made the experience was the vibe—there’s such a natural sense of community here that just pulls you in. What I loved and will miss the most were the owners and staff, who are easily some of the warmest, most genuine people I met on this trip. Somehow managed to feel like I’d known them for ages by the time I left. Left with a full heart and would 100% want to stay here again."

"Wonderful staff; onsite restaurant including with a wide choice on menu, reasonably priced if using the unofficial exchange rate. My room was situated by the lake edge and was such a wonderful experience listening just to the waves crushing in the night and awaking to a wonderful sunrise. Truly bliss. Thought powered by solar, my shower was reasonably hot and lighting though dim was constant. I still recommend taking a torch for the sometimes power cuts. Be sure to arrange a boat trip….. you won’t regret it. Eagle bird, cliff jumping and snorkelling. One might even be able to visit the Rastafarian community near by."

Wifi was only available in reception area and to reach room I had to negotiate a steep set of stairs where railings were sometimes missing. Could be potentially dangerous and not recommended if one suffers from knee problems. Whilst orders were excellent the service could be vastly improved. Orders took for ever to arrive and were often cold. Management, if reading, please sort this out!
