You need a car to get to the property from the boat ferry in Fare. It takes an hour and 20 mins to walk.

"Все чудово. Трансфер, прибирання кожні 5 днів, як в 5 зірковому готелі, тільки ще міні кухня на балконі (раковина, необхідний посуд і газова горілка). До моря хвилин 7 пішки. Чудовий піщаний пляж - рай для дітей мілко і тепло. Якщо приїдемо в Албанію, то зупинимося знов на цій віллі. Щиро дякую господарям"

"There was nothing to really "like" - nothing standing out - IMHO room facilities, decoration, bathroom and bedding where merely acceptable."

The owner's agony on low power consumption is obvious. 1) the fuse controling TV & AirConditioner was off - had to do a bit of troubleshooting in order to get the TV operational 2) lighting in the room extremely low 3) stove required ~45 minutes to prepare one cup of coffee. The road to get to the property is suitable for one way traffic. If you crossed with another vehicle one of the two would have to reverse. Pet friendliness was limited to the owner's pets and was not extended to the guests' pets. The owner resented the fact that I traveled with my pet noticing that I should have informed up-front.
