"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön, es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sind für große Familien und Gruppen die keinen Neubau erwarten, sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Simona und Ton waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden wie viele Heizung in der Region durch eine Nachtspeicherheizung erwärmt. Hier wäre es schön wenn man einen Holzofen in den öffentlichen Räumen hätte, um noch schneller auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu kommen.

"The best house we booked ever . Reckon the best in Batumi area. Exceptional location , magnificent view, botanical garden.And very welcoming hosts, house owners . Large enough property for the family of 5 , very comfortable , all facilities including good TV and sound system.Thank you ! Will come again ."

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"Everything was exceptional. One of the best stocked air bub ive ever been to across the globe and especially for a place on a secluded island. Definitely exceeded my expectations The Hosts were very accessible and friendly, and the house was super clean! Even from dust! Super happy and would recommend this property"

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

"Надзвичайно затишно, комфортно, як вдома у бабусі. Є все необхідне для відпочинку. Приємні та привітні власники. Вдячна що це місце пет френдлі, моя собачка набігалась від душі та знайшла собі пухнастих друзів. Робили барбекю, снідали на чудовій терасі, читали в гамаку, збирали полуниці та чабрець, насолоджувались звуками цвіркунів та шукали сузірʼя на нічному небі. Найкращі вихідні щоб відпочити від міста на побути зі своїми думками."
