"1) Господар даного готелю дуже приємна на спілкування і завжди рада допомогти майже у будь- який час, все розповість та пояснить. 2) В номері було реально чисто і це я кажу чесно як працівник клінингу у Нідерландах. 3) Дуже сподобався сервіс- чай,в холодильнику печиво, coca cola, вино, шампанське і т.д. 4) В душі все було також- рушники були чисті"
"1) Погана звукоізоляція на поверх-чути з поверху було сильний плач дитини. Для мене після довгої дороги з іншої країни це є вкрай важливий момент. 2) В душовій стояв трохи неприємний запах- будь ласка, прочищайте її( сток каналізації) хлоркою. Це вам моя така порада."

"✅ Positive Aspects The hotel is located in a central area, within 10–15 minutes walking distance to many attractions. It is a beautifully restored former Soviet-era building, which adds a unique character. The interior design is elegant and gives the feeling of staying in a palace-like atmosphere. The King Suite was spacious, very comfortable, and the bed quality was excellent. The owner, Ms. Annushka, was very helpful and manages the hotel well."
"❌ Negative Aspects Since the hotel is located on a side street, the area can feel a bit unsettling at night. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the owner’s assistant. On the day of check-out, when we returned to collect our luggage, we were not allowed to use the restroom because we were told that it had just been cleaned, including our own room.😞 We had requested hot water before leaving, but it was not provided, and when we attempted to take it ourselves, we were spoken to rudely. Considering that we had left a tip both during payment and again at check-out, this behavior was quite disappointing."

"Nora is the sweet owner, who, together with her charming daughter, run this family guesthouse. I liked the authenticity of their hospitality. I was offered a pot of tea and could wash out my hiking gear. I had a comfortable room with a heating unit. I was the only guest, so I could have an early breakfast."
