"I had a fantastic stay at New Gudauri Atrium Ski and Dream Apartments and couldn’t fault it. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable ski holiday. The balcony and mountain views were a real highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The location is excellent – right in New Gudauri, with easy access to the lifts, ski rental, restaurants, and shops. It made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. The building itself is well maintained, warm, and quiet, with lift access and good security. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Overall, a high-quality apartment in a prime location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri for skiing or a mountain break."

"Дуже класний і затишний готель. Апартаменти з окремим входом, своєю кухонькою, холодильником, з двома (!) туалетами. Не жарко в приміщеннях, можна добре відпочити від літньої спеки) Ніхто не заважав нікому - як вдома були. Сподобалося навіть старенькій мамі. Нам дуже допомогли з викликом таксі (всі в'їжали / ви'їзжали в різний час - проблем потрапити не було навіть тим, хто приїхав вночі). Нас добре зорієнтували по місту - де що знайти, як куди дістатися. Надзвичайно вдячні Маріні. Якщо ще будемо в Тбілісі - знаємо, де зупинится."
