"The room I booked was exactly as on the pictures. Very clean, most of hosts were pleasant people. Location is good - close to everything via Taxi or bus. Nice if you like walking as well. Overall great place for your stays off/on seasons. I had lost the key but the owner gave me the spare one and ofc I paid for lost one. The shower had a problem and host repaired it in less than 5 minutes. Loved staying there. Lovely staff and cozy rooms."

"In the beginning staff let me into different room and I did not mind that much. Turned out toilet had a little issue and than I insisted on getting in the room that I had initially booked. Well the host was not happy at all :d did not want to let me in these rooms but in the end he did. On the other hand Other staff members were quite pleasant and attentive. Oh and also other guests ate my food stored into shared refrigerator."

"The hotel is not the the luxury category, but has everything you need for this price.There's a common kitchen with all the appliances where the guests can cook, keep their food at the fridge, make tea or coffee. It has a very good location where everything is situated in a walking distance: the beach, the old town, Teleferic, the bus stop to go to Botanical garden. The hotel is run by a very amiable family, very helpful. If something goes wrong or break down they fix it very quickly. In my case it was the lock in my room and the kettle in the kitchen."

"I don't recommend taking the hotel transfer because after the price was fixed, the driver stopped during the trip asking for more money because the road was bad."
