"The whole experience was the highlight of our Vietnam trip. The room and balcony was surprisingly spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding. The sites were amazing. I would highly recommend this trip."

"Loved that the boat was on the smaller side compared to some as it made the trip more intimate & nicer. My room was amazing with my own private balcony off the back. Our guide was rather hard to understand at times but he was good fun. All the staff were good fun."

"The halfway stop on the bus trip to the bay is a tourist trap & so expensive. The guide told us there would be no free water on the boat so we should all buy large bottles at this stop which we did. He then gave us all a free bottle of water each before we got off the bus plus there were 2 complimentary bottles in our rooms. Also said no other food on boat other than lunch, dinner, breakfast & brunch so we should buy extra snacks. We had more than enough food on the boat without having to buy more. Seems like the tour guides are in cahoots with the store owner at the halfway stop. I spent $50NZD for water & snacks I didn't need."

"Excellent hotel Excellent service Very clean. Very Aesthetic. Me & my wife got a room on the 20 floor With magnificent view of HALONG BAY. Service from staff = very ALERT to your needs. Helping a lot. Special thanks to Ms TRANG duty manager for her help. It's worth coming and staying. Very nice hotel, and probably coming again. We like it a lot. It's definitely a 5 stars hotel. 22 December 2025"
