Помешкання в Симпсон-Бэй з Internetservice

"Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Gute Küchenausstattung und schöner kleiner Sitzplatz mit Meerblick."

"Etwas hellhörig durch die Verbindungstür aber gegen 22 Uhr wurde es ruhig."

"The location, right om the edge of the ocean, is fabulous. With a ladder into the ocean, we would snorkle on most days. The house has a private parking ground and is in a nice area with lots of excellent restaurants. The pool is really great, so are the outdoor areas. The house itself is very nicely built, with many wooden features, a large indoor section and 3 double bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen has a super fridge / freezer with an icemaker. But the house, as well as the property, shows sign of age and needs some TCL. A/C is only available in the bedrooms, so the rest of the house was on the warm side. One bathroom was just redone, but more is needed. We were told the owner, who lives abroad, would shape things up before the main season. Both the owner and the local handler are very nice and accommodating. All in all, we had a great week at this place."

"In need of some TLC, se above."

"We were greeted with the upmost respect. The property is impeccable and equipped with everything you may need. Technologically advanced system with a private gate for safety and generator in case of any power outages. The views overlooking the ocean were stunning and actually so special that it is where we got engaged! The welcome basket with a bottle of wine, snacks, and hand written card added a meaningful touch. We will be back!"

"The roads to get to the property were one of the worst on the island but very safe, quiet neighborhood with many restaurant options just minutes away."

"Location was great and very near to beach, restaurants, bars and casinos. Very nice and safe neighbourhood . Marina our host was fantastic, very accommodating and had great suggestions. We would stay again at her place."
