Позитивний момент :

"Everything was very qualitative: the food, the kindness of the staff, the infrastructure, the rooms. We stayed there during a difficult situation in the Middle East and they were perfectly prepared to help and provide support."

Негативний момент :

"Some miscommunication regarding the opening hours of the restaurants during Ramadan / not very clear which restaurant is open for lunch but closed for dinner etc. Also very limited opening (e.g. buffet dinner finishes at 8pm which is very early, otherwise you need to go to an other restaurant). But we figured out everything after asking."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. There is a super market next door, a Nando’s and even a money exchange store."

"There wasn’t anything I disliked. I just wish there had been more information available about the facilities before attending. I struggled to find details about the kids’ club, which is something I would have liked to experience, but it was too short notice."

"Дуже великі номери, ванна є, велика кухня і багато місця"

Негативний момент :

"В цілому все сподобалось. Ледь деякі пункти хотіла б трохи підправити… 1-всередині шаф відчувалась пліснява і був запах сильний. 2-в кухні додала б 1 каструлю"

"Great location walking distance to souq waqif the metro museums etc. Front of house staff very helpful professional lovely room."

"As it was ramadan we were fasting during day. Had evening meal at restaurant staff not very accommodating slow to respond. food tasted stale and over priced."
