"Wonderful service. Stefania was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, everything was very clean, and the place where you can warm up by the fireplace and enjoy a hot tea or a glass of wine 😉 is fantastic."

"I can’t find anything to complain about. They even allowed us to choose the room we wanted to stay in."

"Staff were amazing and friendly. Secure parking was great but required staff to provide access - tight entry if you’ve a big car. Rooms was comfy & clean with nice views. Nice balcony. Short but lovely drive to Laguna de Quilatoa. Half board was handy after long drive."

"Two story walk up but staff were happy to help. Morning assembly from school behind the property was a bit loud but I was already awake."

"The name might be a little misleading, you are the personal guest of a local family, which will give you a warm welcome and let you have more comfort than they afford themselves. At the family table next to a warm stove I got a wonderful dinner and breakfast with mostly homegrown vegetables from their own fields. Rooms are simple, but clean, have a comfortable matress, very warm sheets and there's a hot shower. It is an honor to be a guest here!"
