"1. Отличная территория 2. Расположена на берегу океана 3. Есть все необходимое для кухни и приготовления еды, в том числе летняя кухня на улице. 4. 2 полноценные двуспальные кровати в разных комнатах 5. Отличный пляж, чтобы прогуляться и побегать. 6. Парковка 7. Близость к достопримечательностям на юге 8. В 10 мин езды супермаркет."

1. Не работал телевизор ( обещали заменить у след постояльцам) 2. Пляж не пригоден для купания. Практически всегда отлив. 3. Для проживания в вилле нужно авто.

"An incredible chalet — so cozy and thoughtfully designed. It’s perfectly located next to the lake and only a few minutes’ drive from the Vogel Ski Resort. Highly recommended!"

"Everything. We've been before and we really like everything about it. It's such a friendly place and the owner and the couple who oversee the property are so helpful and caring."

There's nothing that we don't like. We love to walk and adore the narrow streets. The location is central but the geography of Bang Tao means that there's always a good walk to get to our favourite places.

"Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place."

There was no signpost on the main road to give directions. Not so bad during the day but necessary at night.

"Пляж дуже великий , просторий та чистий . Шезлонги безкоштовні . Великий плюс виходиш з номеру одна хвилина і ти на морі .в номерах кожний день прибирають , міняють рушники . Відпочинок не люксовий, але все на відповідному рівні . Ресторанчик при нормальный. Їздили по всьому Дермі , багато відвідали ресторанів, дійшли до того , що місцевий ресторан по ціні-якості один з кращих . Сніданки входять в ціну проживання."

Сніданки смачні , але маленький вибір варіантів. Зазвичай їли яєшню з колбасками . Деколи офіціанти довго несли замовлення .

Me gustaría que hubiera cámara de seguridad en la parte de afuera, que es donde quedan los vehículos.

"Дуже дякуємо за неймовірно теплий прийом! зручне розташування, є місце для парковки, лижний курорт дуже близько, пішки 10 хвилин, на машині 2 хвилини. Чудові краєвиди з вікна. Поряд кафе/ресторації. Також можна самостійно готувати їжу. Просторі апартаменти для нашої великої родини. Дякуємо за гарний відпочинок!"

Нам не повернули завдаток 200€. За тиждень перебування не прибирали. Бак для сміття був переповнений весь час. Рецепція знаходиться досить далеко і знайти іі не просто.

"This was such a beautiful stay! Everything is very clean and spacious, we loved the big shower in the bathroom and the overall design of this place :) Breakfast was also so nice and abundant! There's also a common area with kitchen if you need to + board games, very cosy especially if you're not so lucky with the weather like us. The pool seemed really nice but unfortunately we couldn't use it because it was too windy and cloudy when we were there."

A szárító tiszta rozsda volt, nem tudtam, vagyis nem akartam arra kiteregetni. Egyetlen éles kést sem találtunk, amivel a pékárut elvághattuk volna. A konyhai/nappali rész tele volt szúnyogokkal kora este, amikor megérkeztünk, így, aludni ott nem tudtunk (de az alvás a régi hűtő folyamatosan búgó hangjától is lehetetlen lett volna.) Úgy gondolom, hogy az apartman árához képest ezek olyan apró dolgok, amikre lehetne figyelni.

"The cottages are nicely located, with enough space between them for privacy and nearby the river. The hotel restaurant was very nice and convenient, as well as the bread service in the mornings. And the beds were good."

The bathroom was extremely tiny. Literally showering above the toilet, smaller than boat cabin bathrooms! Quite weird for the given space in the cottage. Also the cooking facilities were fairly cramped, you cab only fit 2 small pans if you're lucky. However, it worked out well enough for us. Lastly, there are a lot of playground facilities for the kids, which sounded nice, but they were also located right in front of (most of) the cottages, which can make it quite noisy (depending on which children are playing there).

"First of all hosts are just amazing people! Location was great, away from crowd with amazing grass fields where our dogs could run all day long. I mean it was generally great experience but one again, HOSTS ARE AMAZING! :)"

Well weather wasn't in our favor those days, but even that didn't ruin our holiday. We stayed inside , next to fireplace, watching rain/snow outside :)

"The chalet was a real dream and perfect escape from our busy lives. Situated in magical countryside with a beautiful pond and a view of wildlife including deer. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed for a cosy evening after a day of hiking. And the host was the sweetest kindest lady 😊"

"I liked everything about the property. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hectic life of the local area. The villas are well equipped for cooking which I managed to do quite happily. All the staff were particularly helpful, professional and pleasant in their approach. I have to mention Miss Erika, the property administrator who couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Also, Maria would clean and tidy my villa so well, which always made my surroundings so pleasant. Even Digno, the security guy, was very helpful and carried my suitcases when I left. I was very happy with the price I paid to stay in this property."

The wifi sometimes doesn’t work. And just needed to have more kitchen ware other than that the place is amazing.
