There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it...."

"The traditional Cypriot style and the charming little decorations perfectly matched my taste. The small balcony outside the room was so cute and cozy. The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory. Bed a little harder than our preference but I think that’s normal! We supplied our own music, frequent power cuts but the generator kicked in quickly.

On my way to the guest house, my car got stuck in the mud, and she went out of her way to call a driver to check on me and assist. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I truly appreciated it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bit cold at times, but that can be forgiven given the area and weather. The location was good and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The amenities were great, the food was fresh and very enjoyable, and the WiFi worked well the whole time with no connection issues. What I liked most was the genuine care and kindness from the staff, along with how comfortable the stay was overall. There wasn’t much I didn’t like, except for the slight cold in the room. I would definitely book again, especially with my family next time."

"If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica."

The room was on the ground floor opening right into the courtyard where they serve breakfast. So it was noisy (after 9 am I could not sleep), and it was not possible to open the windows to get a bit of natural light or air because of the privacy. The shower was with an open ceiling and didn't have any ventilation. Also, the wall between the bathroom and the room was not full height so after taking shower the steam was going into the whole room. We even asked for another room but there was no reception, only a person (as a security I guess) who said I don't know. He did not even know English and the communication was through Google Translate.

"Cleanliness, location, easy check-in and wonderful breakfast. We stayed there on our way to Oslo. But a great stop for nearby national parks and also during winters offers lots of activities. Very cool property. Even though there is a shared bathroom it was clean all the time and it was available."

Everything was perfect. It’s my thing as I am a light sleeper and hence wherever it’s wooden cottage and people make noise, it’s hard to sleep quickly.

В номері було все необхідне, якщо треба відпочити перед літаком-дуже гарний варіант. Єдиний мінус-це інтернет. Його не було, точніше ви підключаєтесь але зв'язку немає. Користувалась мобільним, тому для мене це не було проблемою. Господар висилає дуже точну інформацію як заселитись самостійно. У дворі комплексу є магазин з продуктами, тому не треба далеко ходити)"

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

"This guy gets it. This is what B&B felt like at its infancy, before it became a property business ROI machine. Here you have actual conversations and human atmosphere. Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)"
