The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. "Everything went well with our stay, arrived late at night and checked in. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful."

"We were arriving late (11pm) by the ferry, James the manager has proactively sent a taxi to pick us which was super helpful (don’t try to walk up that hill at night, especially not with luggage!). While the Inn is definitely a budget option, it was all good and the views from the common area terrace in the morning were nice."

"I have stayed here previously so had no hesitation booking it again. The place was clean situated in a good spot, not far from the beach and town centre."

Parking can be an issue as spaces are limited.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

Сніданки, дуже одноманітні, нічого мʼясного чи рибного, можливо за 4 дні один раз був сендвіч з куркою і то я не впевнений, булочка солодка, груша і 200 мл. соку. Без можливості вибору, що принесли те і буде.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

Bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, making it hard to use the mirrors.
