"Very nice isolated location near the lake. The installations are very modern. Our host was very available and nice."

"Spokojny osłonięty od wiatru z dobrym basenem i spokojną zatoczką idealną do kompieli. Wystarczający aneks kuchenny, salon z TV i wygodne łóżko. Zero komarów!"

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."

Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.

Villa có 9 phòng gồm đủ loại gồm phòng 3 giường lớn, 2 giường lớn và 1 giường lớn, hồ bơi, bàn billiards, karaoke, khu bếp với đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp. "The hone was beautiful and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing was the shower handle was broken and rje shower head pressure was so low. We will recommend this little piece of serenity to all our friends and family. See you next time! Thank you"

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"Big spacious villa with a great view. It had a well equiped kitchen, great pool which is cleaned once a week. The owner is very kind and informative."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

Train track runs close to the rear of the property, so can be noisy as they pass

"We had a wonderful time at Luke's Place back in November. Linda was a lovely host, and very knowledgeable of the area. Communication was quick and easy. Her property is in a beautiful neighbourhood and has a direct access to the beach, just a short walk from the central market. The garden was extremely well taken care of, with sunbeds to relax and a pool. The apartment we stayed in was super comfortable, spacious, clean and the bed was perfect. The best equipped kitchen in this side of the world! Other than all these things, what mattered the most, was the great feeling you're left with after staying at Luke's Place - that's the best memory. I sense we will be back in the future!"

"Вирішили відсвяткувати річницю весілля у Буковелі і вибір пав однозначно на Eco House 🏠 цей раз вночі був 0 градусів, але будинок зустрів теплом і комфортом, зручно, чисто, гарні постілі, зона мангалу . Ми тут вже вдруге і при нагоді будемо ще . Зручне розташування, можливість безпечного паркування, поруч необхідна інфраструктура . Дякуємо господарю Віктору за позитив, з яким поїхали додому 👍🏠🇺🇦"

"The villa size and the owner was very kind to send us to train station when we left. We all love the villa of our 4 nights stay."

It will be better if it can have a washing machine in the villa. Although the self-service laundry is not far from the villa, we need to carry many clothes out and back.

"The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."
