"Дуже сподобався адміністратор готелю, зустрів нас, допоміг з паркінгом. Ввічливо розповів про туристичні локації та поділився рекомендаціями. Сам номер нам сподобався, дійсно дуже незвично жити в печері. Готель знаходиться в чудовому місці, на висоті. Дуже гарний, камʼяні сходи, рослини декор просто рай для інстагостей) Добре видно все місто та шари. Гарна тераса, та що добре, не так багато номерів, тож всі з комфортом можуть насолоджуватися видом шарів. Гарні сніданки. Познайомилися із власницею, дуже привітна та мила."

"Трохи було душно, кондиціонера саме в нашому номері не було, та нам принесли вентилятор. Іще прозора стінка душової кабіни прямо в номері. Пікантно) Але в цілому ми дуже задоволені готелем."

"Fabulous hidden gem- clean, comfortable well equipped room, fantastic breakfast, amazing staff who are extremely helpful not only with booking tours, arranging transport but ensuring your stay is amazing. My room was a “cave room” which was beautiful. There is a terrace which you can view the balloons flying from and it also gives you amazing views over the town centre. Short walk up the hill from Main Street of town, so very quiet & peaceful. Beautiful hotel - thanks to the amazing Angela and her team."

"Only downside isbcarrying luggage upnand down the stairs. Its not subject to the hotel specifically but more the reguon of Goreme. As most cave hotels are like that. No harm though."

"The staff’s excellent attitude from start to finish. Angela kept track of our arrival, Belfin (Belo) at the reception gave us great recommendations, and the ladies in the kitchen were exceptional. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast awesome. I felt this was cozy, warm and extremely relaxing. Loved having th bathtub…owners managed to get me trip up on balloon last minute. Very clean and loved the heated floors too!"

"Absolutely everything! The rooms, the breakfast, the view, the location and the management were outstanding. Angela went above and beyond for us and upgraded our room without us requesting. The view from the rooftop is absolutely spectacular for photos of the balloons and the hotel faces the direction in which they take off. They also booked all our tours for us. Fantastic!!"

"Staff were so kind and nice! My flight arrived very early morning (2am) and they already let me use the room for free when I’m only supposed to check-in at 2pm. They even let me have breakfast later on and even had room cleaning service! And a cute birthday surprise! On top of that, they upgraded my room! Room was big, water pressure is very good, it was clean and breakfast is good and with a beautiful view every morning! I loved it!"

"Views were gorgeous, close to everything though a good uphill walk from the main part of the town but well worth it! All correspondence with Angela, the owner was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cave rooms are gorgeous with lovely bathrooms"

"Only negative was that one of the double rooms had no external window, just a small one that opened into the hallway and also that one of the beds in the ‘twin’ room was actually a sofa bed that wasn’t v comfortable so we both needed up sharing the double bed (which was v comfortable! )"
