"По приїзду о 13:00 нам повезло і нас заселили відразу. Номер сподобався, прибирання було кожен день. Їжа дуже сподобалась її настільки багато що навіть все не спробували, є на любий смак, окремо є дитяча кухня та дієтична, розташування в їдальні супер. З 10 ранку до 00:00 маса різноманітних програм для дітей та дорослих, з дітьми займались аніматори кожен день, кожного вечора дитяча дискотека. Аніматори для дорослих просто супер особливо хотілося би відмітити Tony та Carlos це професіонали своєї справи з пречудовим почуттям гумору, з ними вам ніколи не буде сумно. Кожен день якісь виступи, програма не повторюється. Є невеличкий Аквапарк половину часу не працював, черг не має це дуже добре. До центру сіде їздять автобуси туди 11 назад 10."

"Our room was spacious, with a nice balcony to sit in, and a nice touch of having a clothes drying rack there, the bed was comfy, and there was a fridge in the room. We really enjoyed the food, there was a wide range of choices, many healthy options. The water slides onsite were very much enjoyed by our son. The territory is big, and the hotel also has it's dedicated beach which is just 5 minutes away."

"The biggest issue - very loud music from the dance floor, pounding until midnight, so it was impossible to sleep. The hotel is positioned as kids friendly, but it is impossible to get a kid to sleep when the whole building and beds are shaking from the loud music! The choice of drinks was a bit disappointing, as well, no sugar free fizzy drinks, for example. There is absolutely nothing to do outside of the hotel and the beach, it's pretty obvious from the map, but just to point it out."

"The hotel itself is quite good. The cuisine is diverse, with plenty of vegetables, cheeses, and a wide selection of freshly prepared meats. Salads, beverages, and everything else were excellent. The cleaning in the rooms was good, with no complaints there. All beverages are freely available, and you can have drinks in several places. The beach is nearby, well-maintained, and there is also a bar and snack bar there. There is a shuttle to the beach, but honestly, I don’t see the need for it, as it’s only an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The staff, in general, were friendly and courteous. Overall, the impressions are positive."

"Unfortunately, the hotel’s design is outdated, and a renovation is needed. The room shown on Booking.com was from a renovated section, but we were given a room in an additional building that was definitely outdated. The lighting in the rooms was catastrophically bad, resembling hospital lighting. It would be preferable to have daylight-effect lighting, but instead, the rooms are very dark with cold-colored lighting. Unfortunately, one employee named Salım, who works as the night manager, ruined some of our experience with his actions. Salım behaved unkindly and strictly followed the rules in an inflexible manner, which was unpleasant, especially considering the fee for my small dog’s presence. His double standards and attitude were particularly disappointing."
