"Staff support and comfort level was awesome. I had no electrical plugs that fits in the facility but counter staff provided me gladly and it saved the life of my cell phone. Property was clean and comfortable. Mr Osman helped and arranged my very late check in smooth at the mid night around 00:35 hrs beyond my expectations. Hats off to the staff like Mr Osman."

"Genius profil ile kahvaltı ayrıcalığını tattım fakat resepsiyon bunu bilmiyordu. Biraz uğraştırdı ve booking'e girdiğinde kahvaltının rezervasyona dahil olduğunu gördü ve sorun çözüldü. Oldukça anlayışlı ve güleryüzlü personeller var. Oda temiz ve yatak oldukça rahattı. Memnun kaldım. Her şey için teşekkürler :)"

"Freundliches Personal . Das Hotel ist gemütlich, viel ist in Pinienholz gehalten, wie man es öfters in der Türkei findet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich absolut gut."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."
