"The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location right on the edge of the beach was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and you can eat it under the palm trees. The room was cool and the bed comfortable. The area is quiet unless they're playing their drums and dancing which is a very atmospheric and exciting thing to watch or take part in in the early evening. This is not a luxury hotel but a place to see some of the real Senegal. We'd definitely stay again."
"The food and drink service was very slow. This could be improved upon. At least drinks should be provided fairly quickly. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes is too long. Otherwise, we were happy with everything."
"The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but they made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to help us with changing cash and with navigating our onward travel. Our dinner was delicious too. Rooms are very simple and clean. Thank you so much!"

"Great location right on the beach within easy walking distance of small shops & restaurants. Longer walks to Mbour fish market & Saly are very pleasant. Public transport within walking distance, although sandy streets make wheeling cases more problematic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice terrace areas for chilling out in or eating/drinking. Friendly staff, not too much English spoken, so French preferable. Simple, but good, well-presented breakfast"

"Le Djembé a été mon logement préféré lors de mon séjour au Sénégal. Son emplacement avec la terrasse au bord de la mer est tout simplement magique. Les couchers de soleil, accompagnés du son des djembés, créent une atmosphère unique. Sans oublier le personnel qui y travaille : Lamine, Mamadou, Mamour et tous les autres. Ils sont tellement chaleureux et accueillants. Si vous avez envie de vivre une véritable expérience, d’être au plus proche des locaux et que vous aimez les endroits hors des coins très touristiques, cet endroit est fait pour vous."

"Me gustó todo, el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto por Mammor el dueño fue muy bien, la comida también muy buena, solo llevan 5 meses abiertos y están poniendo todo en funcionamiento, Mamadou habla español muy bien y te ayuda con todo lo que necesites"

"L'emplacement en bord de plage le top! Maintenant si vous recherchez du luxe passez votre chemin. Je dirais que c est idéal pour 2,3 nuits. A noter il n'y a pas d eau chaude, cela peut en freiner certain"
"Il ya du rafraîchissement à faire mais c est tout juste ouvert, et surtout c est associatif. Le prix de la nuit n est donc pas volé et tout les bénéfices reversé à l asso. Mention spéciale à toute l'équipe. Adorable merci pour tout"
