"There was some noise from the road when windows was open. It was a bit hard to keep the doors quiet for the other guests as they would squeak quiet easily."

"A fantastic location, a must for anyone considering visiting San Marino with just a 6 min drive to the centre and the old town. The property is very modern with up-to-date fixtures and fittings, a brilliant shared pool, kitchen and lounge area. Sylvia is just the best host; in fact, she is best host we have had the experience to have met in 10 years’ worth of European road trips. More than enough food and drink in the fridge for breakfast and she offered to collect pizza for us for an evening meal. She as thought of everything you need for comfortable and enjoyable stay, maps, concessionary tickets, you name it she’s done it for you, just absolutely brilliant. Well done Sylvia keep up the good work you deserve every good review you can get; you clearly have a passion for what you do, a rare commodity today as most are just in this to make money."

"Immaculate and comfortable rooms with bath and pool towels included. Well equipped kitchen and fridge space available. Good breakfast selection including yoghurt, fruit, milk and non-dairy drink, capsule coffee machine, cheese, ham etc with outside eating option. Lovely garden and infinity pool with hills and sunset view. Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Parking right outside the property."

"The front parking area was next to a busy road which made it difficult to exit safely. Shared bathroom did not lock - otherwise a very elegant and comfy place to stay as a base for exploring San Marino and Rimini area."

"Un b&b come raramente ne ho visti in vita mia. Camera e bagno molto grandi, spazi comuni curati ed una terrazza piacevolissima. Il tutto pulito in maniera impeccabile. Il posto auto è un valore aggiunto. Silvia è un host splendido che, per la colazione, è venuta incontro alle mie intolleranze alimentari. Vivamente consigliata !"

"La signora che ci ha accolti è stata di una gentilezza impagabile, è venuta incontro a tutte le mie richieste e ha fatto ben oltre i servizi base che solitamente si hanno alloggiando fuori casa. La piscina bellissima. Le camere carine e ben fornite anche di cose inusuali (come specchio da camera, pad in cotone, acqua e bicchieri), così come il bagno (balsamo, bagnoschiuma, schiuma da barba, cotton fioc e altri prodotti). Finestre fornite di zanzariera. Il cane un amore!"
