"We were very pleased with the staff! They were helpful, with our room sheets, towels and with the luggage room since the train station's were out of order. One of us had an important interview and they let them in a private place! There are NO words to explain! Where's the 6-star option???!!! We already have decided to visit this hotel in the future!"

"Location: the location is fantastic. Close to the Triple Bridge and around 20 minutes from the bus/train station, walking. Room: I stayed in a room different from the pictures showed in Booking.com, but the room was nice and comfy. Breakfast: 8 out 10, in my opinion. Staff: very polite and helpful."
"Heating: The heating in the room wasn’t working, and they had a portable heater in the room. I moved this heater close to the bed, so it was ok. When I arrived, the shower hose was in the wall bracket, but as soon as I turned on the shower, it fell. The fixed part on the wall wasn’t secure, so the hose wouldn’t stay upright and kept resting on the faucet. The only way I found to have my hands free was to place it in the corner, with the water directed toward the shower door. Because of that, the water went out of the shower area and flooded the entire bathroom, even reaching a bit into the bedroom."

"Чудовий відпочинок сім'єю у Словенії у неймовірно затишному і комфортному будиночку, були тиждень - наприкінці квітня. Власники Петра та Ерік чудові, мега уважні та добрі люди. Зустріли з посмішкою, розмістили і були на зв'язку за необхідності постійно. Настільки організували комфорт у будиночку, що кращого мабуть і не побажаєш, за це вам велике браво!) Чистота на вищому рівні, комфорт, все що потрібно для проживання із задоволенням є, ігри для діток, білизна, рушнички все наповнене свіжістю, хімія для прання та посудомийні засоби. І навіть попіклувались про вугілля для барбекю, молодці! Окреме дякуєм за смаколики на столі, свіжі фрукти та пляшечку чудового вина, це так приємно! Почувались як вдома у комфорті, спокої, милувались навколишньою красою та насолоджувались своїм відпочинком. Сподіваємось до зустрічі взимку) Рекомендуємо відвідати однозначно на 100 відсотків!"
