Seashell Beach Villa

"Зупинялися на віллі з 16 по 22 липня у номері з 2-ма спальнями. Номер дуже чистий, просторий, з великою терасою. При заселенні у якості компліменту була вода і 2 маленькі соки, бебі-банани, які постійно поповнювали. Щодня номер блискуче прибирали. Є весь необхідний посуд. На день народження дуже святково прикрасили спальню. Територія дуже красива, потопає у зелені і квітах, знаходиться на березі океану. На території живуть 2 милі черепахи. На пляжі є гамаки для релаксу. Wi-Fi працював чудово. Поряд автобусна зупинка, 3 магазини, ресторани. Нам найбільше сподобався Paradisier, у який ми постійно поверталися. Господиня Sandy дуже привітна, допомагала з усім, з чим зверталися. У день від'їзду у нас був Cat Cococ о 17:00 і нам дозволили без доплати залишитися у номері, допомогли з таксі."

"Можливо, це залежить від сезону і напрямку вітру, але океан біля вілли був постійно неспокійний, з водорослями. Купатися тут не хотілось, хоч і дуже любимо океан. Побували на пляжі Ance Kerlan, який поруч, там теж було неможливо купатися. Пляж Ance Lazio дійсно дуже мальовничий, але і там особливо не покупаєшся, дуже великі хвилі. Їздили здебільшого на пляж Cote D'or - там дуже широкий і довгий пляж, спокійний океан, чудова інфраструктура, можна замовити тур з риболовлею та відвідати інші острови."

The owner was very nice and created a pleasant atmosphere, she was always helpful and accommodating. Every day she treated us with something, we also liked the laundry service every day. "We stayed at Seashell Beach Villa from 22 December to 26 December 2025, in a second-floor apartment with an ocean view, and our experience was absolutely excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning and made every morning and evening truly special. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Communication was perfect from the very beginning, and she made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is ideal – peaceful and right by the sea, perfect for relaxation, while still being conveniently close to beautiful beaches and local attractions. Honestly, we loved everything, and there is nothing we would change. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-quality, calm, and beautiful beachfront stay. We would be very happy to return!"

"The air conditioning was only in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen were very dark and without air conditioning, which personally bothered us as it was quite hot. Housekeeping was done every day, which was great, but we didn’t understand why the cleaner turned off the air conditioning daily. Every time we came back after a full day out, it was very hot inside, which we personally didn’t like."

"Cindy was an amazing host and made our stay truly unforgettable. The apartment was huge, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped – a spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and plenty of storage space. We were welcomed with exotic flowers everywhere, and the place was spotless. The absolute highlight was the terrace with direct access to the crystal-clear ocean – waking up and stepping straight into paradise was simply priceless. Cindy also organized everything for us flawlessly, including a trip to Curieuse and taxi transfers. Everything was smooth, easy, and perfectly arranged. A true gem and an absolute must-stay in the Seychelles. Highly, highly recommended!"

"The villa is located right on the beach and our apartment had a beach view and direct access to the beach. The sunsets were amazing and in a short walking distance you will find many shops, restaurants and a really cool beach bar on the beach. But still around you it is peaceful and quiet. Cindy (the owner of the property) is great. We had daily cleaning in the apartment, daily new towels and toilet paper and when there were ripe mango’s and papayas from the trees in the garden she would leave these in the fridge for us. All in all top service!"

"The setting, the service, if you get a car well positioned for getting around. If you need anything Cindy can sort it. Feeding and stroking the tortoises. In Grand Anse a bar, restaurant, “casino”, called Breeze Garden does lovely food for a reasonable price and they will collect and drop you off from Cindy’s."

"All worked for us really, occasionally a bit of weed in the sea right out the back of the property but doesn’t have to stop you swimming."

"The host is super friendly and helpful and was waiting for us before check in. She explained everything about the island, recommended places to visit and local places to eat and try out the creole cuisine. Parking is right outside. Our room with a balcony had a direct view of the beach and there is direct access to the beach from the villa. The host stays next door and is ready to help with any issues. The villa felt like home, with a completely decked kitchen. We did not face any issues and they kept the room clean every time we went out. It was a really peaceful experience and I would definitely recommend Seashell villa for your stay in Praslin."
