"Right next to a metro station, that links the hotel directly to the airport. Huge and clean room. Comfy bed with firm mattress. Good selection for breakfast with live cooking station for eggs & pancakes."

"Location. That was the main reason I choose this Hotel. The room was very spacious; the bed was comfy. The living room area was a bonus. The Wi-Fi was good enough, and the Smart TV was modem and with AIR PLAY feature, which allowed me to mirror and stream movies directly from my iPad. The amenities were top. There was everything I needed. There was a kettle with complimentary coffee, tea and water. And available to purchase there were chocolates and beverages on the fridge and salty snacks on the living room. I liked that there were a bathrobe and slippers available. The Staff were all amazing, I arrived 1 hour early and was allowed to check-in early, but I also check-out 2 hours early. Overall, I am very satisfied and will recommend this hotel for family and friends."

"Breakfast. There were not enough options for non-Arab people. Not many options of bread and fillings for a sandwich. My minimum idea of breakfast is black coffee, a sandwich with hot cheese, a side of creamy scrambled eggs and cake. There were no scrambled eggs, only boiled, no cream cheese, or spread cheese. The cake was bland and dry. There was no sandwich maker to heat the sandwich and melt the cheese. I only had a cup of coffee, one croissant, 2 slices of dry toast bread with some cold slices of cheese."

"Excellent location. The staff at the hotel went over and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet. The whole ambiance of the hotel is welcoming."

"One of the better hotels I was in in Saudi Arabia. Room was great. Specious, clean and well maintained. That’s the problem with hotels in these parts, once great, they are all becoming outdated. You don’t need golden chandeliers to have a good hotel. Staff were great and helpful. The location is what it needs to be in Riyadh-close to the metro station."

"The location is right in front of the metro station which is a must in Riyadh. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped me with a free early check-in, and an hour of late check-in. Plus, I had forgotten my universal charger so they helped me with it. The breakfast spread was also quite extensive."

A special thanks to Yazen at the reception—he was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great local tips. The service staff were also fantastic—polite, attentive, and made sure the rooms and common areas were always clean and comfortable. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my entire stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place with genuine hospitality!"
