"Чудовий готель для сімейного відпочинку. Чисто та затишно. Їжа майже завжди відповідала нашим вподобанням. Поєднання турецької та європейської кухні, є дієтичні блюда. В італійському ресторані було смачно. Щодня прибирання в номері. Чисті пляжні рушники видавали в готелі щодня. Поряд цент міста та порт, є куди безпечно прогулятися після вечері чи в хмарний день. Також є в 3 хвилинах Migros, де можна придбати все необхідне."

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

Заявлений вид на море не відповідав дійсності, бо балкон виходив на дах ресторану. А номер з видом на море коштує дорожче. Номер погодилися замінити. Проте багато номерів мають боковий вид на море. Це варто зазначати. Ми в готелі в третій раз, та це ніяк не відзначають. Було б приємно чути: ради вас знову бачити. Цього разу в ванній кімнаті був неприємний запах зі сточних труб. А після дощу кавролін номеру повністю став мокрим.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"Facilities and Location were good. Concierge team always helping with luggage and always opening the door for me. Housekeeping very friendly, always smiling and saying Hi. Late check- out was nice."

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

The fact that children are not allowed according to the bookings requirements

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

"Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

Відвідування припало якраз на Рамадан тому заздалегідь плануйте числа, вечірки були закриті, молодь яка приїхала відпочивати було трішки скучно у вечері

"Красива, мальовнича територія, тихо, затишно, комфортно, смачні сніданки та взагалі кухня. Рекомендую скуштувати вина."

Якщо попадає в ресторан де відбувається якийсь захід, у вас не буде право вибору по меню, тільки, що запропонує офіціант.

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Все супер і відповідало опису номеру і готелю в цілому. Гарно відпочив. Сніданки смачні і достатньо різноманітні."

В номері на 3х (ті, що з власною кухнею) було 2 тарілки, 4 чашки і 4 стакана. Ложок та віделок - достатньо. Ножі - абсолютно тупі. З обладнання - холодильник, ел. чайник і мікроволновка. Пліти немає. Тобто приготувати ужин на сім'ю - технічно неможливо, якщо бажаєте чогось більшого, ніж бутерброди з чаєм. Такі ж коментарі я читав і від інших, тож я був готовий і захватив трохи з собою.

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

Nothing - be aware of the 30-40 minute off road drive from the airport (not that it’s bad)

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent
