"Loved this hotel! It's about a 25 minute golf cart ride from the centre of the island so it's a little way out but it's quiet and peaceful. Just dusty because the road is unpaved at the moment. The staff were incredible, everyone super friendly, professional and helpful. It was a windy few days for us so we couldn't get to use the beach much but another 20 minutes on is Secret Beach so we would go there instead. The pool here is great, plenty of loungers and space for everyone to relax. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and shower powerful!! Brilliant value for money and we even got a free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again but you definitely need to hire a golf cart to get around the island. Perfect for if you want to get out the real hum of the island but there are still plenty of food places nearby."

"Чудовий готель на березі океану на пляжі Бентота. Готель чистий, гарний, прекрасна доглянута територія, приємний персонал. На території багато тваринок і птахів. Лежаки на газоні під пальмою це щось чудове.. Пляж заслуговує особливу увагу, оскільки там можна і поплавати і пострибати на хвилях. Чого не скажеш за сусідній пляж."

It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

"Неймовірно красивий і стильний готель, прекрасний і чуйний персонал, чудовий сервіс, надзвичайна турбота всього персоналу, починаючи з входу в готель. Дуже смачні і різноманітні сніданки та вечері. В номері є все необхідне і навіть більше, постійно питають чи не потрібно ще щось, чистота надзвичайна, таке враження що в номері і в готелі прибирають 24/7. Всі дуже ввічливі і постійно турбуються про тебе. Пракрасний спа, особливо рекомендую балійський масаж, робила Nyoman (вона з Балі приїхала). Зручне розташування поруч декілька музеїв, а також Old Port Doha Дякуємо персоналу за турботу і чудове ставлення до гостей."

Недоліком було - незручне додаткове ліжко для дитини, вона вже хоч і доросла, але спати на ньому не міг ніхто, занадто тверде та мале, треба з цим щось робити. Також наявність російських відпочивальників, не дивлячись на всі їх злочини, їх продовжують впускати в країну.

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

В номері на 3х (ті, що з власною кухнею) було 2 тарілки, 4 чашки і 4 стакана. Ложок та віделок - достатньо. Ножі - абсолютно тупі. З обладнання - холодильник, ел. чайник і мікроволновка. Пліти немає. Тобто приготувати ужин на сім'ю - технічно неможливо, якщо бажаєте чогось більшого, ніж бутерброди з чаєм. Такі ж коментарі я читав і від інших, тож я був готовий і захватив трохи з собою.

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

"From the moment of entry to the entire experience, Le Meridien was great. We stayed in the adults only Nirvana part which was amazing. Had its own pool, pool bar and great beach access. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with great decor. The restaurants on the property were quite good, with our favorite being Kumin. Special mention to Kavish from Guest Relations who always made an effort to connect with us each day, and recommend things to do on the island including some great restaurants. Also to Hevin from the Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Overall highly recommended."

Honestly nothing. The asian food at Jasmin restaurants, especially the sushi could have been better. But that's stretching to find a con!

"Priivate island resort, white sand beaches, incredible clean turquoise water, very comfortable and staff very professional and friendly. Also, many options for very good food restaurants. Very good spa therapists."

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"Сподобалось розташування, харчування, номери чисті, світлі, просторі. Доступ до сауни і басейну дуже доречний, але..."

Рушники до басейну видають тільки до 18:00, а басейн працює до 22:00. Халат за окрему доплату. Капців готельових взагалі немає. Забула в халаті браслет, звернулась на рецепцію через три годині, а все... Пізно. Так і не знайшли. Такий собі неприємний осад залишився, а взагалі то все було добре.

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"Красива, зелена, чиста територія. Всім є місце. Багато розваг. Різноманітне харчування і все дуже смачне. Дітям і дорослим є чим займатися у будь-який час."

Заявлений вид на море не відповідав дійсності, бо балкон виходив на дах ресторану. А номер з видом на море коштує дорожче. Номер погодилися замінити. Проте багато номерів мають боковий вид на море. Це варто зазначати. Ми в готелі в третій раз, та це ніяк не відзначають. Було б приємно чути: ради вас знову бачити. Цього разу в ванній кімнаті був неприємний запах зі сточних труб. А після дощу кавролін номеру повністю став мокрим.

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"It was old fashioned in a lovely sort of way. Rooms were private and the grounds are lovely. Huge pool!"

"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."
