"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"The suite we had with a whirlpool was state-of-the-art, and if anything was missing, someone came to help immediately!"

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"
