"Неймовірно красивий і стильний готель, прекрасний і чуйний персонал, чудовий сервіс, надзвичайна турбота всього персоналу, починаючи з входу в готель. Дуже смачні і різноманітні сніданки та вечері. В номері є все необхідне і навіть більше, постійно питають чи не потрібно ще щось, чистота надзвичайна, таке враження що в номері і в готелі прибирають 24/7. Всі дуже ввічливі і постійно турбуються про тебе. Пракрасний спа, особливо рекомендую балійський масаж, робила Nyoman (вона з Балі приїхала). Зручне розташування поруч декілька музеїв, а також Old Port Doha Дякуємо персоналу за турботу і чудове ставлення до гостей."

Недоліком було - незручне додаткове ліжко для дитини, вона вже хоч і доросла, але спати на ньому не міг ніхто, занадто тверде та мале, треба з цим щось робити. Також наявність російських відпочивальників, не дивлячись на всі їх злочини, їх продовжують впускати в країну.

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

В номері на 3х (ті, що з власною кухнею) було 2 тарілки, 4 чашки і 4 стакана. Ложок та віделок - достатньо. Ножі - абсолютно тупі. З обладнання - холодильник, ел. чайник і мікроволновка. Пліти немає. Тобто приготувати ужин на сім'ю - технічно неможливо, якщо бажаєте чогось більшого, ніж бутерброди з чаєм. Такі ж коментарі я читав і від інших, тож я був готовий і захватив трохи з собою.

Рушники до басейну видають тільки до 18:00, а басейн працює до 22:00. Халат за окрему доплату. Капців готельових взагалі немає. Забула в халаті браслет, звернулась на рецепцію через три годині, а все... Пізно. Так і не знайшли. Такий собі неприємний осад залишився, а взагалі то все було добре.

"Facilities and Location were good. Concierge team always helping with luggage and always opening the door for me. Housekeeping very friendly, always smiling and saying Hi. Late check- out was nice."

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

"EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

"We liked the location with very close proximity to the beach, pools and restaurants.Staff were overall very friendly and welcoming.The range of restaurants was great and the food superb. We ate at them all (Sensai, Blue Moon, Il Mascherati di Venizia, Route 66, Margarita and El Carey/ La Tortuga ) with the only exception being Villa Marina, which proved problematic to book a table. The beach was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers available.Our room was a good size and cleaned by the staff daily with lovely little touches like fresh flowers and abundant clean towels and shampoo/conditioner."

On arrival it would have been helpful to have had it explained that all information regarding booking restaurants, knowing the daily entertainment schedule and viewing menus etc was on the hotel app. It was three days before we realised this! We didn't like the branded drinks being charged as extras. If you like certain brands of drink you will be charged for them. Local equivalent drinks are only covered in the standard all inclusive package. Three of the restaurants have a pre-booking policy. It states on the app that these can be booked from 07-30 each day. We found that if you left it until 07-30 most of the tables had been booked. Therefore the earlier you get up to book a table, the better your chances of securing a place in the restaurant of your choice. Frustratingly, we were not able to book a table at Villa Marina during our two week stay. Every time we tried it was fully booked:this was incredibly disappointing!!!! Finally, a WARNING to other visitors. One day when we were on our way to lunch, we were duped with an offer of a free massage if we were prepared to give up twenty minutes of our time to hear about the membership deals on offer by the hotel group. Two hours later, after a non stop, in your face , hard sell by the sales team we couldn't take any more and walked out. Thankfully, we were mature and strong willed enough to resist the sales team. Many others probably capitulate and sign for a deal they may reflect later they do not want. Investing between 10,000 and 20,000 dollars is no joke, especially when they don't want to give you time to reflect on the deal and decide in a calm and balanced way. The whole process spoiled the last few days of our holiday and we hope others see this comment and are forewarned and refuse to be tricked into accepting offers of "free" massages or goody bags.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .
