"дуже гарний готель з великою теріторією де є не тільки коні , павліни, олені , коти , гральний майданчик для дітей, більярд , настольний теніс , але і просто тихі міста де можна спокійно помедитувати. На теріторії є також безкоштовна парковка. Окремо хочу виділити ресторан в цьому готелі - він неймовірний. Їжа дуже смачна, а меню багата на різні позиціі. Персонал дуже привітний і може піти на зустріч вашим проханням."

СПА зона - планта 10 евро на годину з людини і дуже маленька, треба записуватись окремо. Тому їхати сюди тільки заради СПА я вам не рекомендую

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Liostasi has absolutely made our honeymoon the most magical and comfortable experience. The rooms, the pool, the bar, the view, the spa, the food- all of it is fantastisc. The breakfast is one of the very best I have seen at a hotel. The restaurant is also one of the best/fanciest on Ios. The hotel is close to the port and the other restaurants and bars in Chora. They can also help with car rental so you can explore the island. But the real secret to Liostasi's success is the staff. The staff is wonderfully kind and caring, and willing to help with everything. The staff is the real gem of Liostasi if you ask me. So, if you have the opportunity to travel to Ios and stay at this hotel, do it!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!! Absolute must visit destination and hotel!"

"From the moment of entry to the entire experience, Le Meridien was great. We stayed in the adults only Nirvana part which was amazing. Had its own pool, pool bar and great beach access. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with great decor. The restaurants on the property were quite good, with our favorite being Kumin. Special mention to Kavish from Guest Relations who always made an effort to connect with us each day, and recommend things to do on the island including some great restaurants. Also to Hevin from the Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Overall highly recommended."

Honestly nothing. The asian food at Jasmin restaurants, especially the sushi could have been better. But that's stretching to find a con!

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"- heated pool with multiple sections and even a "beach" - free big towels for the pool - food in restaurant was good - activities (peddle/pingpong/katamaran/...) for free - fireplace with movie including free popcorn, marshmellows and emoliente - super big room"

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"Було дуже круто, що входив басейн та СПА у вартість номеру. Це просто неймовірно! Отримали купу задоволення! Також вдячні за смачний сніданок, був великий вибір на шведському столі. Дуже приємний персонал в готелі! Зручне ліжко, було вся необхідна косметика, навіть бритва, надавали халати в СПА!"

Не дуже гарні враження залишились від відвідування ресторану. Дивне обслуговування, не прибирали брудний посуд, швиряли тарілки, не дуже чемно спілкувались. Але може це стандарти албанського обслуговування, хтозна)) Також місцями було бруднувато, але це дрібниці.

Хороший персонал в столовій привітні і чуйні до різних моментів"

Відвідування припало якраз на Рамадан тому заздалегідь плануйте числа, вечірки були закриті, молодь яка приїхала відпочивати було трішки скучно у вечері

"We liked the location with very close proximity to the beach, pools and restaurants.Staff were overall very friendly and welcoming.The range of restaurants was great and the food superb. We ate at them all (Sensai, Blue Moon, Il Mascherati di Venizia, Route 66, Margarita and El Carey/ La Tortuga ) with the only exception being Villa Marina, which proved problematic to book a table. The beach was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers available.Our room was a good size and cleaned by the staff daily with lovely little touches like fresh flowers and abundant clean towels and shampoo/conditioner."

On arrival it would have been helpful to have had it explained that all information regarding booking restaurants, knowing the daily entertainment schedule and viewing menus etc was on the hotel app. It was three days before we realised this! We didn't like the branded drinks being charged as extras. If you like certain brands of drink you will be charged for them. Local equivalent drinks are only covered in the standard all inclusive package. Three of the restaurants have a pre-booking policy. It states on the app that these can be booked from 07-30 each day. We found that if you left it until 07-30 most of the tables had been booked. Therefore the earlier you get up to book a table, the better your chances of securing a place in the restaurant of your choice. Frustratingly, we were not able to book a table at Villa Marina during our two week stay. Every time we tried it was fully booked:this was incredibly disappointing!!!! Finally, a WARNING to other visitors. One day when we were on our way to lunch, we were duped with an offer of a free massage if we were prepared to give up twenty minutes of our time to hear about the membership deals on offer by the hotel group. Two hours later, after a non stop, in your face , hard sell by the sales team we couldn't take any more and walked out. Thankfully, we were mature and strong willed enough to resist the sales team. Many others probably capitulate and sign for a deal they may reflect later they do not want. Investing between 10,000 and 20,000 dollars is no joke, especially when they don't want to give you time to reflect on the deal and decide in a calm and balanced way. The whole process spoiled the last few days of our holiday and we hope others see this comment and are forewarned and refuse to be tricked into accepting offers of "free" massages or goody bags.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

Рушники до басейну видають тільки до 18:00, а басейн працює до 22:00. Халат за окрему доплату. Капців готельових взагалі немає. Забула в халаті браслет, звернулась на рецепцію через три годині, а все... Пізно. Так і не знайшли. Такий собі неприємний осад залишився, а взагалі то все було добре.

"I had never been to an all inclusive resort before and was sceptical and personally probably will never do it again but nothing to do with the Bareclo, simply my preference but the resort was totally amazing considering the price. I had one of the bungalows which has large vey well decorated and very comfortable likewise the bathroom. Considering the size of the resort the WiFi was excellent . I never used the pool which was huge but instead the beach and swam several times The beach is stunning and spotlessly clean as to the gardens they are stunning and so well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially so the ones in the dining room I have never seen such a volume of food being served ( and consumed !) in such vast qualities and the staff there in my view were so patient considering what they were dealing with! Overall I cannot fault the resort in any major way you get amazing value for money … congratulations to Barcelo"

The checking in process is very unwieldy on arrival I joined a queue of at least 50 people I got there in the early afternoon and they simply would not let anyone in to their room before 3 pm And surely some of rooms were really and why allow check ins as was available . This is not the first time I have come across this attitude The resort is large and at first it was difficult to find your bungalow as it’s not overly well signposted The was an entertainment lady around the pool screaming down a microphone … why is that necessary ? Overall it was a great stay Well done Barcelo

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.
