"The location is really good to reach Souk and seaside, breakfast is really nice. All the hotel team are very helpful especially the concierge is the best. On the national day 18 Dec it's rarely big rain there, and quite congested infront of the hotel gate, our car can't get in. Then a Pakistani concierge just take our 2 big luggage within the rain and sent us to the car far away, that's helped a lot!"

"Only a slight criticism but getting phone calls repeatedly asking if I’d like the room made up whilst working, despite indicating DND. I understand this may be common hotel practice in this area now but I did find it slightly detracted from the experience, especially as a five star hotel."

"I really like how welcoming and friendly the staff are. The breakfast is excellent — freshly cooked and served, with a great variety of choices. I would also like to especially thank Alfian from the restaurant team. He provides outstanding service and is always very polite. I felt comfortable and well taken care of both during dinner and at breakfast when he was serving us. I would also like to thank John from the housekeeping team who cleans the rooms. He is truly amazing — very kind, professional, and polite. When a hotel has people who make you feel at home, it truly becomes a second home."

The spa is exceptional — a standout experience — and the restaurants offer excellent quality, both in cuisine and atmosphere."

"From a comfort perspective, the room insulation fell below expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The windows are not soundproof nor tempered, which made the room noticeably cold during lower temperatures. Additionally, on December 31st, noise from the New Year’s Eve celebrations was clearly audible in the room, impacting rest. I also felt that some refined touches were missing. There was no pillow menu available, and although the hotel was aware that I was traveling with a child, there were no small gestures of welcome or consideration for younger guests. While these details are certainly not mandatory, they are the kind of thoughtful elements that one naturally expects when staying at a property positioned at this level of luxury."
