"As soon as we walked in the AC was on, which was great because if you have been to PR, it is very hot. The place smelled great, everything was organized and clean. The owner was quick to reply. We will definitely be coming back !! Thank you again for having such a nice, clean, relaxing space for others to enjoy!"

"- Great walkable distance to all the sites in old San Juan (it’s right in the heart of it) - Communication with host was great. She/they always replied quickly. For example, we asked if there was extra linen for the sofa bed, and the cleaners dropped some extra off very quickly. - Nice old style look and feel (high ceilings, arched doorways, etc)"

"- Trash from previous guests was not removed from the kitchen which made us question how clean the rest of the place was - On the Saturday night, there was a club open on the same small street (two doors down). It was like trying to sleep right in the middle of an EDM dancefloor. Ear plugs, pillows over heads, etc. did nothing to combat the noise. This might have just been a pop-up event as I didn’t see anyone else complain about it in the reviews and on the second night, we didn’t have the same issue (just regular old San Juan liveliness which could be dealt with perfectly fine with earplugs)."

"These are not critiques but more so to help future guests. The power was out for over 12 hours one day, though this is common in PR. The water was out the following day. There was back-up well water but it was discolored. The location is extremely noisy. Bring your earplugs to get good sleep or stay up and party with the neighbors."
