"The staff were very friendly, but a lot of them could not speak English which made it a bit more difficult. The food in the restaurant was very good, the menu is not very long but there was enough choice and everything I tried tasted good. I tried the spa and had a nice relaxing massage."

"My room was quite cold, the outside temperatures were low at night and the radiator in the room did not get very hot. I was told that the rooms at the top of the hotel with large beds do get cold. On my penultimate day my interpreter asked the reception what they could do and they gave me an electric radiator which made a big difference; I should have asked for this on the first day."
