"- Spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms only a few minutes’ walk from Cusco’s main square. - The staff are super friendly and really accommodating. - Coca tea and hot water available for free. - There is a supermarket located ~2 minutes walk from the hostel, and plenty of nice cafes & laundry nearby. - Plenty of hot water in the shower."

"- It wasn’t a problem for us, but the hostel is up quite a steep hill (although a lot of places in Cusco are like this). - Just a minor issue, but no hot water in the sink, and on occasion there was a strange smell in the bathroom."

"They had free cocoa tea and free storage for your bags. There was no hot water when we arrived but once we informed them it took them 5 hours to fix it then from then on we had nice hot water every night."

"No hot water the first night. And one of the receptionists didn’t speak English which had things very difficult. Most tour groups can’t pick you up on that street so you need to walk down onto the main road for pick up."
