"Great breakfast. Great snacking and drinks session. Slippers. Cake left in room. They really know what a 5 star service should mean. We stayed in "The Level" floors. Which is a bit more expensive, and which I recommend strongly, the advantages more than pay for themselves. Probably the most five star of five star hotels I've ever stayed in."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. There were welcome cookies and bottled water in the room and it was good as we arrived late at night and good for snacks. They have great breakfast options and a beautiful dining room. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood and quiet area."
"The bathroom has an old design, the shower place not kids or small size guest friendly as the bath tub is higher than normal. We have to be careful when we go in and out of the bath tub."

"A few small things: several electrical sockets near the bed didn’t work (annoying for charging phone), and we couldn’t find a way to turn off one of the lightbulbs in the ceiling, so had to remove the keycard to disable all electrics. Also, the TV was not good - terrible choice of channels, outdated screen (HD TV, not 4k), no Netflix or Disney+ (Booking.com said it had streaming services). All of these are easily fixed, if so I wouldn’t hesitate to give 9 or 10/10"
