"We had the perfect omelette for breakfast - the breakfast in general was delicious. The rooftop terrace was also a nice spot to see the sunrise (jet lag :)) and to eat some take away dinner at night. It was also great that you are able to make yourself a tea at anytime."

"It was rather loud (you could hear people walking up and down the stairs - sometimes in the middle of the night). Additionally it was really difficult to get fresh air into the room (and bathroom)."

"I was very happy with this hotel. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to the Plaza de Armas, and lots of shops and restaurants. It is one block from from the Monastery of Santa Catalina, which was really interesting to visit. The reception area is nice, the rooms are clean, and the shower was good. And the price can't be beat."

"The breakfast didn't start until 7:30 the morning we were there, which we didn't realize before it was too late, as we were being picked up early for a tour."

We arrived at 5am and although they couldn't give us an early check in, we were able to relax in the lobby with hot drinks and have breakfast, and they got our room ready for 9am which was hugely appreciated! Central location, good breakfast, room was nice with a big comfy bed."

"Cozy little hotel in a perfect location (right next to the Santa Catalina Monastery, make sure to visit). I chose a room on the street side because it was brighter and the noise wasn’t too bad with the windows closed. The rooftop terrace overlooking the city had plenty of tables and good WiFi, it was a lovely spot to get some work done."

"Lovely staff, delicious omelette for breakfast and good sized room. Very kind staff, ordered a taxi for us to the airport-very reasonable price and came on time."

"They had an issue with their water with the taps and shower not working in the evening but it was back on by morning. We had to buy water from them which we felt could have been given free considering their lack of water was the reason we had to buy it."
