"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nahe am großen Pool der Anlage und zum Meer. Ruhig gelegen. Freundliche Besitzer! Toll für ein paar Tage relaxing nach einem Oman Rosdtrip."

"Поселок на побережье, подогреваемый бассейн, идеальная чистота в апартаментах, оборудованных всем необходимым."

"Матрас продавливается в середине, не очень удобно спать. Не касается объекта размещения: Пляж не очень пригоден для купания, если это критично для вас, прилив с утра, отлив после обеда (искупаться невозможно, поскольку там камни и живность , в том числе морские ежи)."

"Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sehr sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und die Nähe zum Meer usw. ist einfach nur toll um eine entspannte und wunderschöne Zeit zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber Herr Al Azri sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich ( typisch Omani eben ) und setzt alles daran einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür ! Fazit : Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall und jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny, kompletnie wyposażony. Bardzo blisko piękny wielki basen a za nim morze... Dobre miejsce na wypoczynek"

"Niestety adres podany w rezerwacji był błędny. Właściwy adres przesłany został przez email dopiero w dniu przyjazdu. Ta informacja powinna być przesłana wcześniej! Plaża nad morzem praktycznie nie jest wykorzystana, leżą kamienie. Nie przeszkadza to jednak w wejściu do morza i kąpieli!"

"Bonic apartament en zona residencial amb excel·lens instal·lacions. , Aprop de la platja, piscina Probablement erem els primers en llogar l apartament, faltaven tovalloles, estenedor, taula, una escombra... I la wifi no arriba a l apartament.. Però sens dubte tornaríem i el recomanariem 100%"

"Sehr hochwertiges, neues Appartment in einem riesigen Resort. Toller Pool und Meer nur ca 100 m entfernt. Gute Restaurants und schöner Hafen in der Anlage. Gutes Badezimmer, gute Matratze. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter."

"Wenn es überhaupt etwas auszusetzen gibt, dann, dass die gute Ausstattung noch erweitert wird. Wünschenswert wäre ein Wäscheständer, mehr Besteck und mehr Gläser."

"I loved the fact it has character and you got what you can see in the pictures. A simple yet comfortable place to stay. No tv but they do have wifi. A lovely outside majlis type sitting area for evenings. We went in Ramadan so no food at the restaurant but plenty in the area. A quite tranquil place away from everything. Bathroom was clean and the water was fabulously hot! Beds were comfortable and clean. Facilities like tea and coffee were sorted."

"Great location. The best view for watching the sunset. It is practically at the beginning of the dirt road that brings you to Jabal Shams. Sultan was very quick with arranging a 4 WD taxi for us when we wanted to visit Jabal Shams lastminute as we tried with our 2 WD and decided to go back. The beds are very comfortable and clean, rooms well sized and kitchen equipped with everything we needed from pans to oil and spices. Wifi works good. We also enjoyed having dinner outside."

"The location was nice to chill, there is one free beach in the village and another one that can be reached by car in 10 minutes which is wonderful (Dunes beach). The apartment is well equipped, everything is like on the photos. You can use a pool that is shared with other buildings but as we were there in low season, there was minimum of people there, I immagine in high season it is something else."

"The boss is a thoughtful and cultured person with unique insights into life and the current situation of the country. If you first understand Oman's past and present, just chat with him. The hotel is clean, each room has its own sanitary napkin, and the kitchen is very clean. There is a large supermarket 1.5 kilometers away. The only problem is that it is more than 10 kilometers away from the city. I believe the boss can coordinate the transportation to the airport and the city during the peak tourist season. Next time I pass by Oman, I will go back to stay at his house"
