"For such a centrally-located hotel with good facilities and a good restaurant, it was surprisingly priced very reasonably. The room was a good size with 2 double beds. We slept very well. The breakfast was generous, they give you a choice of 5 (from pancakes to omelettes to chilaquiles). We had dinner at the restaurant when we arrived and it was good. From the hotel it was easy to walk to the churches we wanted to visit, the zocalo, the palafox library, the Mercado el Parian. The center of Puebla is very compact and walkable."

"The room has no window and no light near the table area. There is a marble floor and a metal chair which makes a huge noise when you move it. They issue vouchers for breakfasts in the attached restaurant, where no one speaks English, so they bring you a very small portion and yet offer you additional things without explaining that they are for additional charges."
