"Ідеальне місце для проживання та відпочинку. Власник ввічлива чемна людина всі питання вирішує на протязі години 24/7. Будинок новий та укомплектований всім необхідним. Під час злив подвірʼя не затоплює як у інших помешканнях( ми проживали під час найбільшого циклону 2024 за останні 33 роки).Пляж 7 хв. пішки, магазин Jumbo 5 хв ,якщо на машині(брати в оренду обовʼязково), то краще Super U 10 хв. Ми побували на усіх пляжах Маврикію, не вірте ніяким блогерам з YouTube: на першому місці -Trou aux Biches , на другому -Flic en Flac.Якщо летіти не надовго то рекомендую Flic en Flac( пляж, екскурсії все в цьому регіоні). На півночі практично тільки пляж Trou aux Biches . Якщо плануєте в цей регіон, рекомендую, можете сміло орендувати, я гадаю за ці кошти один з найкращих варіантів, якщо не кращий."

"A modern, relatively new house around 10 min. by foot away from the beach. The rooms are on 3 floors. On the ground floor the living room and kitchen are located. On the first floor you find a large sleeping romm for 2 people and a large bathroom. On the 2nd floor are 2 sleeping rooms, each with 2 beds, and there is one bathroom. On top of the 2nd floor there is a nice rooftop terrace, which is good to sit after sunset, but you have to carry the chairs from the ground floor to the rooftop, if you want to sit. You may park your rental car safely in the courtyard in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly stay again in this house in case we will come back to Mauritius."

"Clean and good apartament, nice and friendly host, ready to help, allowed us to check out at a later time, which was very convenient as we had a very late flight. 7min walk to the beach and restaurants. In the apartament there is a private roof with a good view at the night sky."

"Nice residence in a quiet and safe area. Clean appartment. The host is very friendly and welcoming. It's located close to the beach (5-10 mins walk) and there are a some shops and restaurants where you can get all your necessities (Around 10-15 mins walk). Overall we had a great stay."

"This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway in Flic en Flac. The place is safe, spacious, fully equipped, and furnished. Not so far from the beach, restaurants, and other facilities. The owner makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend Residence Seneca."

"Limpio, amplio, a 6 cuadras un carrefour City a 3 cuadras una heladería, se puede ir a la playa caminando, varios lugares cerca para ir a comer, la casita tiene estacionamiento adentro, los baños son con ducha, amplios, tienen toallas y el lugar cuenta con lavarropas y tender para colgar la ropa!"

"We had an excellent stay at the property. The hosts were hands on and helpful. We had a late check in which they still met us for and made us feel comfortable. Very good breakfast where they made special vegetarian samoosas for us as well. It is within walking distance to shops and short driving distance to the beach and other facilities."
