"Highly recommended! A truly customer-oriented hotel. We had a complaint about our room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional response. We were promptly moved to an upgraded room with additional services at no extra charge. Special thanks to the hotel manager (sorry do not remember the name:( ) for the quick response and generous room upgrade. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and customer-oriented approach made our stay truly exceptional. The best start to the 2026, excellent service, delicious food and a very comfortable bed. "Location: convenient, near pubs, restaurants and shopping centre. Staff - friendly and professional. I appreciated the concierge's suggestion. I had a wonderful Jeep safari experience at GoZo and the city tour was lovely. Delicious breakfast - plenty of choice eg hot meal, drinks, traditional food and pasties. Room - cosy and spacious. Thank you for the complimentary chocolate."

"The Hotel managers were PRESENT and ready to decide when things unofrseen events happened. They visited the room in person and ascerttained that remedial action has been taken. Upgraded the room, gave us entrance to lounge and allowed late check out"
