"Дуже великий номер , у королівському стилі ! Просто Вау. Білизна та матраси були над чудові, велика вана кімната , вид з вікна. Особливо хочу сказати про сніданок , є дуже багато всього з азіатської та європейської кухні , смачно ."

"Nice non-casino hotel. We got a room upgrade to a corner room with good view and extra room. Breakfast was good, coffee not so much. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Just across the road from Sands Casino/Hotel where you can get more transport options including free shuttle buses to some locations in Macau. Note the Macau public bus service is excellent and easy to follow using Google maps."

"Difficult to get information from check-in staff. Couldn't provide change for the bus. Concierge was more helpful. Cleaners "invade" your room whether invited in or not! Very few non-Chinese tourists in this hotel and Macau generally which may explain communication/expectation gaps."

"Friendly and helpful staff, the location is good with Sands Hotel directly opposite with a free coach service to the Venetian on Taipa. Also it’s convenient for the cheap local bus service to the old town Macau. The indoor pool was excellent and the rooms are large and beds comfortable."

"The hotel is very nice and the room is amazing. The staff isn't really friendly by the way. It's close to the ferry terminal, but bit far from the historical centre."
