A recently renovated riad, Riad Tafilag offers accommodation in the center of the medine, inside the remparts. "The style and design of the Riad were captivating with multiple sitting and lounging spaces. Our room had a lovely roof terrace that overlooked the central courtyard. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, the staff were always friendly and approachable. The Hammam, massage and cooking class were all excellent. I loved the eclectic art."
"The pool was very cold and not very clean and very difficult to access, it was more of feature than serviceable. The entrance alley was a bit disappointing but it opened out into a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility."

"We had such a lovely stay here. All the staff and hosts were incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful- they took the time to help us plan our trip in Marrakesh with brilliant recommendations that really helped us make the most of our time in the city. The food, especially breakfast, was delicious and so fresh each day. The riad itself is traditional, peaceful and really beautiful- the perfect bit of respite and relaxation after busy days exploring Marrakesh. All the staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and even the resident animals (the tortoise and Bobby the dog!) were a joy to see each day. We would definitely recommend staying here :)"

"This is a fantastic place to stay, the riad is absolutely beautiful away from the hustle and bustle of Taroudant. Our room - Toukbal- was great with a huge private terrace on the 3rd floor.. All the food we ate was fantastic both breakfast and dinner. But what makes this place really special are the staff, so attentive without being intrusive, very warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and we just felt so welcome and relaxed. We are really very sad to leave and will definitely return!"

"Nice place, well placed. Not a traditional square-like kind of Riad, but funny scrambled unstructured configuration which makes it 'to remember'. Besides, well placed, downtown. Great breakfast, friendly employees, a small 'kind of' pool. Totally fit to what we were looking for."
