"The door could not close good and felt unsafe. The staff for breakfast slept in livingarea next to our room. Breakfast started at 9 AM only. The room was very dusty. Not so good for allergic people like me. The shower was not working well. The room had also strange mold smell"

"Nice view on the road’s rooftop. Friendly personnel and possibly to pay by card, which was rather uncommon for Morocco. Good location, but sometimes we had difficulties to find the riad."

"The toilet and the shower were not in the room and it was cold there. We had breakfast on the rooftop, however it was not convenient due to bad weather."

"The location is perfect, despite the narrow streets of Chefchaouen the location is easy to find, right in the heart of old town. The surroundings are vibrant, full of colors, bazars and restaurants. The stuff was so helpful and made us feel so welcomed. Because we had to leave early in the morning we requested the breakfast to be serves as dinner and they prepared us a meal gladly. I'm so sorry that I can't remember the name of the young man who served our dinner, but he made the BEST tea we ever had. Overall we recommend this location, especially for couples. The bus station which connects Chefchaouen to Casablanca and some other major cities is close, you can use a taxi for a small price and it takes just few minutes to get to the bus station. It's very simple. -p.s Chefchaouen is a lovely and unique place .... it's a petty to miss it once you are in Morocco."

"This hotel is in a great location, very clean and beautiful. The staff member, Oussama was very helpful and took the time to help us with transportation. We saved a lot of money. The meals he prepared were very thoughtful and delicious. They were the best meals I had in Morocco. The soup he cooked was especially delicious, even better than the soup in the restaurant. It made us feel at home. I am really grateful to him."
