"We really liked the apartment’s interior and layout — it’s truly unique and different. Plus, we had the opportunity to use the terrace."

"However, there were some shortcomings: the sofa bed and the bed on the second floor were completely uncomfortable. There was no place to store personal belongings — we had to keep them either on the floor or in our suitcases. Additionally, there wasn’t enough bedding — not sufficient for everyone. It took quite an effort to find all the linens. The towels provided were more suitable for the beach than for bathroom use. Please note that you won’t get proper sleep as trams run from 5 AM until 1 AM. Also, all the windows in the apartment were dirty, terace was dirty as well, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. We hope the owners will pay more attention to comfort and cleanliness so that future guests can enjoy a more pleasant stay."

"Very nicely designed apartment, spacious and bright. Kalve coffee is just around the corner (best coffee place in Riga to my opinion!)."

"Even though apartment features fully equipped kitchen, there are no cooking essentials (oil, salt, sugar, tea or coffee). Apartment has a gas heater for hot water that was working fine, but you could sense the gas smell in the apartment when you start using it."

"This is modern loft style apartment in the central part of Riga. The old town is 10min walking. There are several grocery stores, cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself has almost everything you might need for your stay."

"The apartment is facing the street, so it might be street noises until late hour. The apartment has stairs which might not be very comfortable with smaller kids. Some small stuff would make stay even more comfortable (soap and trashcan at bathroom, sponge for washing dishes)."

"Modern. Central. Spacious. Well equipped. Extremely clean and very cozy. It is a wonderful place for a group of friends (good fit up to 6 people) or family with 2 kids. Central location. Easy access to everything around the town. Very responsive host. Definitely will be back and recommend further."

"Modern apartement, voldoende ruimte voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Ondanks ligging aan een doorgaande weg hebben wij geen last gehad van verkeer of andere overlast. De houtkachel is heerlijk warm en sfeervol."
