З вікна відкриваються неймовірні краєвиди; З центру міста підніматись пішки десь хвилин 40 В кімнаті було чисто, затишно і тепло; Доступний WiFi; Простий, але смачний сніданок; На території працює також ресторан, де можна повечеряти. Дуже смачна кухня за адекватні ціни; Взагалі, атмосфера в готелі неймовірна: дуже затишно і вайбово."

Багато номерів без ванної кімнати і туалету. Спільні туалети і душ на коридорі. Нам вдалось забронювати тільки такий, тому викликало певні незручності; Взимку підʼїхати на власній машині до готелю неможливо, лише на спеціальному транспорті. Причина зрозуміла і ми були про це поінформовані, але якщо казати про мобільність, то з міста до готелю так просто не добратись. В цілому, в цьому був свій шарм.

Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

"This is an incredible place. I loved the uninterrupted views of the forest from our balcony where we could see the elephants visiting the watering hole. We had elephants, an antelope and a green monkey just by our lodge. The food was good, the staff lovely. The safaris were excellent, Rakim and Hassan had good knowledge of the flora and fauna as well as being friendly and humourus. Zaina Lodge is such a beautiful and peacful place to stay. Nearly everything has been thought of. It was great to meet Jeanette the genet too, she is beautiful."

Only a few minor things - I would have liked a proper fridge in my room to store my medicine, and a warning that lizards might poo on our floor - we were quite alarmed at the little black things until we realised what they were!

"Overall it's a good experience, room/wash room was clean. At the time of booking they confirm complimentary breakfast but it wasn't available. Location is great"

"Honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. Great location- 10 minutes away from The 7 Rila lakes, food was amazing, the itslef place was soo cozy and welcoming. Host was also amazing, very friendly, talked to us, gave us advice about our upcoming trip to the lakes, very sweet. 10/10 if youre looking for a relaxing place with a spirit!"

The showerhead is located halfway through the shower cubicle which meant that a lot of water came inside the bathroom while taken a shower. The ventilator didn't operate in the bathroom which meant that a small window was left open in the bathroom for ventilation. The drawback was ingress of mosquitoes into the room/bathroom. The lighting in the room could be enhanced, often we felt that the room was too dark.

"So tranquil and secluded. Surround by animals and nature. It was pure bliss, an escape from the city. We were treated like royalty, no request was too much. Credit to the staff for their attentiveness and diligence."

Check out was stressful No final bill .. sums done a bit of paper with poor explanation.. expectation to pay on cash with US dollars Room was a small hut

"What an awesome place! Middle of the jungle with a great pool, nice coctails and nice food. The staf was very nice and went above and beyond to help us. We forgot some luggage and they helped us retreiving it. So nice!"

"Lovely location, if you have a car. Sitting up high with a lovely view out over the lake.clean and very traditional cottages."

Nothing, but it would be a bit hard to get to without transport

"I had an excellent stay at Top Lodge, certainly, an improvement from my previous stays here. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout. The lodge itself was impeccably clean, and the pool area provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast served at Top Lodge was simply delicious, and filling. Overall, I highly recommend Top Lodge for its friendly staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and inviting pool area."
