"A beautiful chalet inside and out, very comfortable. The staff take a lot of pride in what they do, especially Beruca who is the maid - she was amazing. The food is also delicious, some of the best we have had in Sri Lanka. It’s an incredible service they provide. It’s a unique find, getting somewhere with the services of a top hotel with the comfort of a home. This really added to the experience."

"Some unexpected costs were added: - 10% service charge added to each food bill. Service is included in the cost of the chalet so this was confusing. - 4% added to the total cost of the chalet when paying by card. This is the first time experiencing this in Sri Lanka (we travelled all over)."
