"The heritage of the building has been respected in this newly converted apartment building into a boutique hotel. The hotel is in a central location. Walking distance to cafes, shops, businesses providing other services. Very peaceful stay with minimal noise from outside. Only 6 rooms, and owner is very personable and easy to contact. Our room had air conditioner that warmed room quickly. Owner is an architect and every attention to detail has been addressed."
"This feedback is more room for improvement rather than a list of dislikes: -The shower takes a while to get to the hot water, but once it does, it is heavenly extra warm after a cold day out.. -Being a female, a full length mirror would have been nice but not essential."

"The location was great. Very central to the byblos old souks and easy to get around. Bassem, one of the owners of the complex, was an absolute legend. He was so helpful, would respond to any texts immediately regardless of time of day, he was flexible with check in and check out times and was just a pleasure to deal with. He made me feel very welcomed at Neoli. Great accomodation."
