"Тихе місце. Дуже гарний і привітний персонал, що надавав будь-яку допомогу. Чисто і зручно. Велика кімната з багатьма вікнами і високою стелею, багато світильників. Зручне велике ліжко. Хороша зона відпочинку біля чистого освіжаючого басейну. Гарний, доглянутий готель."

"На жаль, злив в душі був дуже повільним, вода швидко доходила до краю і так і не відремонтували за 5 днів перебування. Диван мав несвіжий вигляд, тож ми мусили його накрити пледом."

"We couldn't fault anything This is the most beautiful place and all the staff are absolutely incredible. We were welcomed with a warmth smile. It's a super, calm , kind environment. The aromatherapy cleansing products were heavenly and we purchased some on our departure. When we checked in we asked if we could extend our booking from 2 to 3 nights but unfortunately it wasn't possible but we were offered accommodation in their other (new) hotel. We have been here 4 hours and it hasn't been a great experience. Such a shame as Baan pila was a truly wonderful place."

"Baan Pila, is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a nice garden including a small pool and a sitting area. With the provided bicycles you can easily reach the old part of Luang Prabang. The furniture and decoration is a very unique mix of European style with handicraft pieces from Lao. The organic scents and soaps are great and the bed was sooooo comfortable. Thanks to the staff, who made our stay perfect. Higly recommended!"

"The location was very close to the center, the rooms were well arranged with many details. The shower was a bit small, but otherwise the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast a la carte was perfect and we could even order more if we felt hungry. The breakfast area is nice, spatious and child friendly. The lady working in the mornings Tanoy, was the sweetest and nicest person. You can also rent bikes and Tanoy helped us to organize transport to the waterfalls."

"This is one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. It was tastefully decorated throughout, with lots of thoughtful touches and they had thought about responsible tourism at every opportunity. Breakfast was exceptional, especially the fresh fruit plates."
