"Super friendly staff. Jennifer at the reception fulfilled every single request and was always helpful! Vichet gave me so many insight and infos about the live here and recommended the best cocktails. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back!"

"We got a free room upgrade and had our own pool which was incredible. Our outdoor area had a swing seat. Buddha statue, and gorgeous tree. The room was spacious, had a living area and separate bedroom, large walk in shower. There were free cocktails, laundry, and daily massages which was incredible and a great way to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day. We were able to book massages very last minute which was very accomodating. Staff were very friendly."

"There were lots of lovely large sliding doors, but unfortunately we couldn't ever leave any open as the room would fill up with mosquitoes. This was an issue even when we were very careful with closing doors directly behind us - they did provide us with bug spray when asked but I wonder if there is something else that could help like lemongrass candles or something that then doesn't also impact humans. It was a bit further away than other hotels from siem reap town, but they did offer free tuktuks into town for dinner which was a nice touch. The outdoor area wasn't very private as people could just walk past, and similarly the space seemed to be used as a thoroughfare for gardening staff when wearing plants, so there wasn't much privacy in the room itself either for most of the morning"

"Unbelievable friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. We got free upgrades for a bigger room with the biggest bath tub we ever had in a hotel. Good breakfast with a lot of options and nice cocktails in the afternoon (they had a 2for1 „happy hour“). A little further from the city center, but no problem using Grab cars or bikes."

"One of the best dinners, all time top 3, in over 40 years of travelling. The price-to-value ratio, as in all of Cambodia, is simply unmatched. Very good, relaxing massage. Excellent, very friendly, but professional service!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Metta Residence. The hotel is beautiful - it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring temples around Siem Reap. The pool was lovely and the room was spacious with a very comfy bed and huge balcony. The happy hour drinks for guests was a particularly nice touch but by far the biggest stand out of this hotel is the staff - they were all so friendly, helpful and dedicated. Would highly recommend!"

"Metta Residence & Spa is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to visit Angkor Wat but seeks peace and comfort in the evening. The hotel's location, situated slightly outside the city center, combined with its lush greenery, ensures a tranquil atmosphere. As for comfort, the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Although the hotel is a bit further out, they provide a free, few-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city. Above all, we were most impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff! A huge thank you to them for fulfilling all our wishes!"
